The parking lot north of the Opera, owned by Warren County, will be improved to serve as a special event space. A collection of interventions will activate and define the space: decorative screening on the east border (hiding dumpsters), planters and a custom metal sign on the west border, resurfacing/resealing the lot, adding artistic design with pavement coating, and providing movable furniture for events. Elements of the storytelling tour, cloud sculpture, and branding art will be in or immediately adjacent to the space. Warren County has committed $20,000 toward this piece of the project
