Funding Partners

The money for our work is raised by our volunteers, who write grants, hold fundraising events and ask for donations and sponsorships. In 2020, Hometown Pride spent $98,000 to complete projects in our community, and raised an additional $24,000 for work in early 2021 (more than $120,000 total).

​

A special thanks to this year's biggest funders:

  • Warren County Economic Development Corporation, who gave $40,000 to Hometown Pride efforts through a special grant program.

  • Warren County Philanthropic Partnership, who gave a total of $17,000 in grants to 4 different Hometown Pride groups.

  • The City of Cumming, who gave more than $25,000 to the Cumming water tower project.
